We work two ways, and many families use both. You can start with either one.
We inventory the home item by item with photos, then price each thing against real sold prices for comparable pieces. We stage the house, run the sale in the home, and list select items online. When a specialty piece will bring more at auction, we route it to an auction partner.
After the sale, or instead of one, whatever is left goes to donation, recycling, or disposal, and we leave the house broom-clean. If you need the home ready to list, we can coordinate cleaning, paint, landscaping, and similar partners. You tell us how far you want us to take it.
Every item goes on a list, and your final statement shows what each one brought and where it went: sold, donated, recycled, or kept. That is our approach to an estate sale, so nothing simply disappears.
